On June 10, the Lotus Room restaurant invites guests to an evening introducing the new chef from China, Tian Yang. Twelve years of experience in the profession. Behind him are the best hotels, iconic restaurants, and exclusive residences of the Celestial Empire. He has cooked for corporate chairmen and celebrities.
The new chef's main specialty is Cantonese cuisine. He simply proves that a true master does not speak of himself; the taste speaks for him.
