The travel season has arrived—here are the destinations every fashion insider is visiting this year.
As summer approaches, our travel plans are becoming clearer. We have numerous browser tabs open with Google flight searches, our recent social media saves show appealing destinations, and our shopping carts are filling up with items perfect for vacations. In roughly two months, our social media feeds will be overflowing with stylish travel snapshots, from the pristine beaches of the Hamptons to the picturesque cobblestone streets of Europe. We’ll keep you posted on where the stylish crowd is planning to go, but instead of guessing where trendsetters might head, we decided to ask them directly—and here’s what we found. From the lesser-known Croatian island where Katie Holmes' stylist Brie Welch intends to visit, to the Sardinian coast where the Milan-based founder of Le Sundial is planning a trip, and the quiet, less-discussed Greek island where stylist Shay June is heading, we've gathered the scoop on the most exciting getaways for the fashionable this year. Below, discover the seven destinations they're departing to—and, of course, what they plan to pack.
Brie Welch, eBay’s Resident Stylist: "My main plans for summer involve costume design for a film in New York! Therefore, my confirmed travel will be in late September to attend a friend's wedding on the pristine Croatian island of Lopud. I might spend a night near Dubrovnik at Hotel Osmolis, a stunning modernist concrete hotel designed by architect Damir Vitković. I'm excited about being on a car-free island, which means I'll do a lot of walking! I'll pack plenty of ballet flats and versatile clothing, like scarves that can serve both as a halter top and a skirt—trends we noticed in the most recent eBay Watchlist Trend report. Vacation dressing is driving searches on eBay, particularly for scarf halter tops, which have increased by 97%—likely due to their ease and packability! During my free time, I hope to alternate between beach relaxation, napping, and enjoying delicious food—plus, of course, celebrating love at the Franciscan Monastery where the wedding will take place."

Silvia Dusci, founder and creative director of Le Sundial: "This year, I’m excited to return to Sardinia, a place I visit every summer. After a hectic year, I always aim to spend at least ten days there—it has turned into a personal reset ritual for me. The slower pace, long days by the sea, and the simplicity of island life help me disconnect completely, returning refreshed, inspired, and ready for the next chapter. I'm packing The Dune Necklace by Le Sundial. I love pairing bold jewelry with the simplest summer outfits. I'll also be taking The Row Gemma Flats, my favorite summer shoes for the second year running, and the Alice Dress from Skall Studio, a light and effortless piece ideal for warm Mediterranean days. Together, they create the kind of wardrobe I cherish on holiday (never without a large straw bag and a shawl): casual, comfortable, and subtly chic."

Shay June, stylist and content creator: "I’m planning to travel to Greece, specifically to Tinos, a relaxed small island that’s not overly commercialized (yet). Here’s what I’ll take with me: a Ferragamo mini dress from the spring 2026 runway, a chic minimalist skirt-and-top set from In House Studio, a Janessa Leone textured raffia hat, and a beautiful fringe-embroidered halter top from Aflalo."

Julia Rabinowitsch, founder of The Millennial Decorator: "This summer, I’m returning to one of my favorite Italian cities, Florence. There’s something about the artistry in every nook and cranny of the city that continually inspires me. I love the authentic Florentine culture, dining at places like Trattoria Cammillo, or shopping at true local spots such as Loretta Caponi or Quercioli & Lucherini for undergarments. Since Florence is a city where I do a lot of walking, I will pack attire that is both comfortable and makes a statement, allowing me to transition from day to night after a full day of exploration."
