The travel season has arrived—discover where all the fashion insiders are going this year.
As summer approaches, our travel plans are becoming clearer. Our browser tabs are filled with Google flight searches, our recent saved posts on social media highlight exciting destinations, and our shopping carts are being stocked with vacation essentials. In fact, in around two months, our social media feeds will feature stylish escapes ranging from the pristine beaches of the Hamptons to the picturesque cobblestone streets of Europe. Naturally, we’ll keep you informed about the stylish destinations that are trending, but it’s even better to ask the insiders directly where they plan to go, which is exactly what we did. Whether it’s the lesser-known Croatian island where stylist Brie Welch is headed, the coast of Sardinia where the Milan-based founder of Le Sundial is booking her stay, or the quiet Greek island where stylist and consultant Shay June is escaping to, we have the scoop on the trendiest getaways that the style elite will be visiting this year. Below, discover the seven destinations they’re traveling to—and, of course, what they’ll be packing.
Brie Welch, eBay Resident Stylist: "My primary plans for this summer include costuming a film in New York! Therefore, my confirmed travel plans are for late September when I’ll be attending a friend’s wedding on the untouched island of Lopud in Croatia. I might stay a night near Dubrovnik at Hotel Osmolis, a stunning modern concrete hotel designed by architect Damir Vitković. I’m very much looking forward to being on a car-free island, which means there will be lots of walking! I’ll pack plenty of ballet flats and versatile clothing, like scarves that can serve as both a halter top and a skirt—trends highlighted in the recently released eBay Watchlist Trend report. Vacation and travel attire are driving an increase in searches on eBay—particularly for halter tops made from scarves, which have seen a 97% rise—probably due to their easygoing and easily packable nature! I hope my free time consists of beach time, napping, dining, and, of course, celebrating love at the Franciscan Monastery where the wedding will take place."

Silvia Dusci, founder and creative director of Le Sundial: "This year, I’m eager to return to Sardinia, a place I visit every summer. After a hectic year, I always try to spend at least ten days there—it has turned into a personal reset ritual. The slower pace, lengthy days spent by the sea, and the simplicity of island life allow me to completely disconnect and return feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and ready for what’s ahead. I’m packing The Dune Necklace by Le Sundial. I love to pair bold jewelry with the most basic summer outfits. I’ll also be bringing The Row Gemma Flats, my most worn summer shoes for the second consecutive year, and the Alice Dress from Skall Studio, a light and effortless piece that’s ideal for warm Mediterranean days. Together, these items make up the kind of wardrobe I cherish on holiday (always with a large straw bag and a shawl): relaxed, comfortable, and subtly elegant."

Shay June, stylist and content creator: "I’m planning to visit Greece, specifically Tinos, a laid-back small island that isn’t crowded (yet). Here’s what I’m bringing: a Ferragamo mini dress from the spring 2026 runway, a minimalist skirt-and-top set from In House Studio, a textured raffia hat by Janessa Leone, and a gorgeous fringe embroidered halter top from Aflalo."

Julia Rabinowitsch, founder of The Millennial Decorator: "This summer, I’ll be returning to one of my favorite Italian cities, Florence. There’s something about the artistry present in every corner that inspires me infinitely. I cherish the authentic Florentine culture, whether it’s dining at Trattoria Cammillo or shopping at local spots like Loretta Caponi or Quercioli & Lucherini for undergarments. As Florence is a city where I do a lot of walking, I’ll be packing comfortable yet statement-making pieces that can transition from day to night after a day of exploration."
