While en route to her frequently visited recording studio in NYC last night, Swift was seen donning an accessory-color trend that I personally haven't embraced since my middle school days. Nevertheless, she made it look incredibly stylish.
Swift wore a stylish beige polo shirt paired with high-waisted blue jeans, complemented by a set of tan block-heel sandals from Gucci. The accessory-color trend she embraced came in the form of coordinated accessories (specifically, cognac leather). Her vintage Chloé Penelope bag matched perfectly with her belt and Gucci sandals. Although I recognize that matching accessories is often viewed as a somewhat old-fashioned guideline, many people are moving away from adhering strictly to these rules, and Swift exemplifies how to wear what feels right. She looks polished, chic, and playful instead of awkward, as I did back in middle school.
