      “For textured hair, I would recommend enhancing the existing texture instead of fighting against it,” Rodger advises. “Utilizing a diffuser with curl-defining products and gently brushing out the hair once it has cooled can yield a beautiful rendition of this look while preserving the hair’s natural qualities.”

      “Conversely, for naturally straight hair, you’ll need to establish the shape initially," Rodger states. “I’d use a large barrel curling iron or rollers to create soft curls throughout the hair and allow them to cool completely before brushing through.” The most common mistake when trying to achieve brushed-out curls, according to Rodger? “Stopping when the curls appear perfect. Don’t hesitate to brush them out,” he emphasizes. “Many people invest time in creating curls, only to leave them untouched. The real transformation occurs when you brush them out, allowing everything to blend into a single soft shape that provides the effortless, luxurious finish everyone is currently enamored with.”
