      When it comes to nails, I see myself as a nail minimalist. As a beauty editor who analyzes nail trends for a living, I often sport a sheer pink or milky white shade on my nails, regardless of the season. However, in summer, I like to experiment a bit more. While searching for nail art inspiration that aligns with my simple style, I came across this gorgeous aura nail art on my feed, and I'm thrilled to try it out.

      Aura nails are akin to ombré nails, as they both blend two colors together. While ombré transitions vertically from one shade to another, aura nails radiate outward from the center of the nail, creating a halo effect. In this strawberry hue, it’s an ideal way to venture into something a bit different from a neutral manicure for summer while still maintaining a minimalist vibe. It’s like a blush tint for your nails.

      For this design, manicurist Mateja Novakovic utilized two Manucurist nail polishes: Halo as the base (a milky, shimmering pink) and Bloom at the center of the nail for a vibrant strawberry pop. To achieve this look, simply apply the base color and then use a sponge to dab on the second shade, blending it into a smooth transition. Finish off with a top coat, and you’ll have your aura nail art. It’s that simple! Novakovic used the Green Flash LED Nail Kit to cure the polish, providing a long-lasting, gel-like manicure at home.
