I was 99% certain I knew exactly which polish she was wearing since it's one of my top summer picks. Depending on the one you select, it can evoke a Mediterranean summer vibe (think Mamma Mia) or a sophisticated nautical feel (think champagne and sailboats). This particular OPI shade has adorned my nails—both fingers and toes—multiple times this summer, and it’s exciting to see it on Bieber's nails as well. I'm just hoping it doesn't sell out with all this A-list attention...
