Mary-Kate and Ashley are endorsing this stylish shirt trend for the fall season.

      In 2006, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen launched The Row with a straightforward goal: to create the ideal white T-shirt. Fast forward 20 years, and The Row has become a significant force across various categories, including handbags, while maintaining its roots as a brand focused on elevated essentials. In essence, their designs don’t dramatically revamp traditional styles (and I say this affectionately!). Rather, they offer the most luxurious and finely crafted iterations of everyday items. This is why I found myself immediately drawn to a shirt from The Row that Greta Lee recently wore on the red carpet—it was anything but ordinary.

      Lee’s shirt features sheer sleeves and purposefully reveals red basting stitches, which tailors use for temporary seams during garment alterations. The mix of tulle sleeves and the unfinished look gives this shirt a trendy flair, distinguishing it from the more streamlined and ultra-simple basics typically associated with The Row. I’m very interested to see if it gains popularity once it arrives in stores this fall. Only time will tell!
