MONOCHROME and Zina Ovstein
On the eve of International Women's Day, the MONOCHROME brand and pastry chef Zina Ovstein announced a collaboration and created an elegant culinary product - a unique croissant combining the aesthetics of minimalism and refined taste.
The croissant shape is a real trend in the baking world. All thanks to the sophisticated manufacturing technology: a transverse strip of puff pastry stuffed with raspberry coulis (sauce made from mashed berries) and delicate raspberry Patissier cream. The bright accent is icing sugar in the trademark pink shade of MONOCHROME and a white chocolate medal with a recognizable brand icon.
You can buy such a croissant in Moscow's MONOCHROME offline stores from March 7 to March 9.:
— POP UP STORE Bolshaya Dmitrovka str., 18x2
— PATRIKI, Malaya Nikitskaya str., 10.
MONOCHROME will also treat customers to a MONOCHROME croissant and a cup of branded coffee for the purchase of products (does not apply to accessories). With this promotion, we want to enhance the festive mood of our customers and share the excitement of spring with them.
