      On the eve of International Women's Day, the MONOCHROME brand and pastry chef Zina Ovstein announced a collaboration and created an elegant culinary product - a unique croissant combining the aesthetics of minimalism and refined taste.

      The croissant shape is a real trend in the baking world. All thanks to the sophisticated manufacturing technology: a transverse strip of puff pastry stuffed with raspberry coulis (sauce made from mashed berries) and delicate raspberry Patissier cream. The bright accent is icing sugar in the trademark pink shade of MONOCHROME and a white chocolate medal with a recognizable brand icon.

      Zina Ovstein is a pastry chef, entrepreneur and founder of the Bonneville restaurant and cafe chain. Zina studied at one of the oldest culinary schools in France with chef Gaetan Paris, the winner of the title "The Best baker in France", and studied with the legendary Cedric Grolet. In addition, Zina is actively reviving recipes for Old Russian pastries from different regions.
