MARY GU – "Everything will be fine"

Mary Gu presented the film adaptation of the track "Everything will be fine".

The video was directed by Sasha Sakharnaya, known for her work with such artists as Klava Coca, Eljay, Pharaoh, ANIKV and others. The inspiration for the creation of the video was the work of the cult director David Lynch.

"It's a pretty personal video for me because it's closely related to the work of my favorite director." — says Sasha.

The clip turned out to be conceptual and vivid, with a touching story about a female friendship full of depth and support at the center of the narrative.

"I would like everyone in their life to have a woman who can help in difficult moments." — that's how Mary Gu herself talks about her work. The atmosphere, attention to detail and emotional sincerity create a space for personal interpretations, allowing each viewer to see their own story in this work.

The video "Everything will be fine" was shot as part of the 10x10 project, where bright, young and talented directors, together with VK, make music videos for ten popular artists.

      About the artist:

Mary Gu is one of the brightest representatives of the modern pop scene, winner of the Forbes "30 under 30" awards and the Heat Media Awards. She first conquered the charts with her debut studio album "Disney", and last year released her second album "luvcore", which she worked on together with the largest domestic producers: Kirill Tilman, Roman Bestseller and Roman Voloznev. In the fall, the singer took part in the first All—Russian project "The Poet's Voice", where she presented to the public the composition "Do not part with your loved ones", and in December she presented the soundtrack to Roman Prygunov's new film Krasnaya Polyana - "Broken Toy". The singer opened the new year with a remake of the cult song from the famous Soviet movie "Carnival" — "Call me, call me".
