I hate to say it (being a beauty director and all), but my beauty routine has been a bit dull lately. Although I receive and test every new beauty product, I found myself in a rut. Instead of enjoying a lavish skincare routine, taking my time with makeup, and indulging in rejuvenating showers, I was applying my beauty products mindlessly. However, everything changed as soon as spring officially arrived. Once the sun began to shine and the new season commenced, I took a good look at myself in the mirror and decided it was time to refresh my routine with some truly uplifting spring beauty products. I’m referring to facial tanners that boost my confidence, fresh fragrances that energize me, face serums that enhance radiance, and hair glosses that make my locks reflect sunlight in every direction. Fortunately, thanks to my profession, I am surrounded by top beauty products. I have spent the last few weeks testing and trying hundreds of items to curate a selection of the most joyful and high-performing spring beauty products available. Trust me—these are the must-have beauty products to consider this spring.
1. Augustinus Bader The Sunscreen SPF50
Augustinus Bader
The Sunscreen SPF50
I have a penchant for luxury beauty items, so I apologize in advance for the cost of this one and a few other products on my list. That said, this facial sunscreen is remarkable. As a daily SPF, it offers high, broad-spectrum sun protection, is suitable for all skin tones (there are no mineral sunblocks in the formula, which means no chalky residue), and absorbs quickly. Moreover, the formula includes a blend of advanced skincare ingredients true to the Augustinus Bader ethos. It is packed with antioxidant-rich plant extracts that nourish and hydrate the skin, along with TFC8®, Augustinus Bader’s signature peptide complex that enhances skin vitality and firmness. Upon application, it provides a light layer of moisture that leaves your skin with a radiant glow, rather than a greasy finish. Makeup also applies beautifully on top of it. It’s a definite winner.
2. Merit Brow 1980 Volumizing Mousse
My spring makeup bag is largely filled with Merit Beauty products. While I love the iconic Merit Flush Balms, the most effective makeup product I own is undoubtedly this brow gel. After a few months without it, I realized just how much I had missed it once I got a new tube. With just one coat from root to tip, my brows appear fuller and fluffier, and I refuse to be without it again.
3. & Other Stories Perfect Pistachio Body Wash

Perfect Pistachio Body Wash
You might call it extravagant, but since my bath and shower routines are the most joyful and vital part of my day, I like to splurge on luxurious body products. Although I typically favor £50 bath salts and extravagant shower oils, I’m also a fan of & Other Stories’ more reasonably priced body washes and scrubs. This product, for instance, is possibly my favorite beauty item this spring. The formula is rather standard—a richly lathering shower gel—but the scent is absolutely divine. It smells like melted creamy white chocolate combined with warm, musky milk, which is perfect for baby-soft skin.
4. Balmain Beauty Blanc Galaxie
Balmain Beauty
Blanc Galaxie Eau De Parfum
Key notes: Cédrat, myrtle, magnolia, cardamom, vert de mandarine, lime, petitgrain, mandarin cœur, patchouli
I am completely enchanted by this fragrance. While Balmain’s previous scents have been bold powerhouses, Blanc Galaxie is lighter yet still impactful. It embodies everything I desire for spring—bright, vibrant, and sparkling. On first spray, it evokes the image of a Sicilian lemon cut in half, squeezed over sun-warmed skin, and paired with crisp San Pellegrino. After a short while, the citrus notes fade away, leaving you with a refreshing, post-shower scent that invigorates your spirit. It adds a delightful zest to my day that I simply love.
5. St Tropez Express Sunlit Face Tint
St Tropez
Express Sunlit Face Tint
Don’t confuse this product with bronzing drops—it may appear to be something you mix into your daily moisturizer, but that’s not the case. It is actually a skin tint, best applied over skincare with a buffing brush. It instantly adds a golden glow to the skin, making you look as if you’ve just come back from the beach (and it works for all skin tones since it lacks strong pigment). I recommend using a buffing brush because it also serves as a fast-acting facial self-tanner, developing results in just 1-3 hours
