PSA: A ‘Love Island’ spinoff is officially set to premiere this summer—here’s what we know so far.

If you canceled your Peacock subscription after the summer finale of Love Island USA, I regret to inform you that renewing it has become essential. The show's record-breaking season last year significantly impacted pop culture, leaving fans curious about which show, or more specifically, which cast, could ever surpass it. After the conclusion of season 6, Leah Kateb informed People that the PPG (PowerPuff Gang) would return, but we have only received teasers—until now. We have just received official confirmation that our beloved girl trio, along with their boyfriends and other favorite cast members, will be back on our screens in an entirely new format.

On Thursday, April 17, Peacock announced a spin-off series titled Love Island: Beyond the Villa. According to a press release, the show will "follow everyone’s favorite season 6 Islanders around Los Angeles as they navigate new careers, evolving friendships, newfound fame, and complex relationships outside of the Love Island villa." Peacock has our interest once again.

To say we gasped audibly at the announcement would be an understatement. Here’s everything we currently know about the spin-off, Love Island: Beyond the Villa.

When will Love Island: Beyond the Villa premiere?

Love Island: Beyond the Villa has not been given an official premiere date yet (we’re eager!), but it is anticipated to air in summer 2025. In the meantime, we will be eagerly waiting for the trailer and, of course, looking forward to season 7 of Love Island, which typically premieres in June or July.

Who is in the cast of Love Island: Beyond the Villa?

Peacock revealed that the cast will include PPG (JaNa Craig, Leah Kateb, and Serena Page), Miguel Harichi, Kenny Rodriguez, Olivia Walker, Kaylor Martin, Aaron Evans (Kaylor’s ex!), Kendall Washington, and Connor Newsum.

If you’re questioning the whereabouts of Serena’s partner, with whom she won season 6, there’s no need for concern. Kordell Beckham has other obligations but confirmed that he will make appearances throughout the show to support Serena. Additional guest appearances will feature former islanders, such as Rob Rausch and Nicole Jacky, adding even more drama. Summer can’t arrive soon enough.
