These addresses are not just new points on the brand map — they reflect the new positioning of JA Resorts & Hotels as an international, location-inspired and experience-focused hotel group.

      Entry into the UK market is an important milestone in the development of the brand and its parent company Dutco Group. This is not merely geographic expansion, but a continuation of a journey built on care, warmth and deep respect for the culture of each place. For more than 40 years JA Resorts & Hotels, as a heritage born in Dubai, has embodied warm, sincere service and the philosophy of "guest first."

      Mar Hall Golf & Spa Resort is an iconic name in the history of British hospitality. Built in 1828 to a design by Sir Robert Smirke, the architect of the British Museum, the building sits on the banks of the River Clyde amid a manicured woodland park. In 2024 Dutco Group acquired the hotel and carried out an extensive renovation costing more than £25 million. In May 2025 the refreshed Mar Hall reopened its doors — with 74 elegant rooms and suites, two restaurants, two bars, a 22-seat cinema, a billiards room and a number of magnificent public spaces that have preserved the historic spirit of the building.

      In the very heart of Edinburgh, among the cobbled streets and within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile and Princes Street Gardens, is The Bruntsfield — a Victorian-style boutique hotel originally built in 1861 as a private residence. After a refurbishment in 2022 the hotel was given new life: 72 stylish rooms, a lively restaurant and bar, a secluded heated garden and convenient event spaces. All with an emphasis on sustainability and conscious consumption (the hotel holds a Gold Green Tourism accreditation). Since 2024 it has been part of the Dutco Group portfolio and is preparing for the next stage of updates that will touch the rooms, the culinary concept and the event infrastructure.
