The brand SOLANGEL unveiled the SS'26 collection.

      The SOLANGEL Spring/Summer 2026 collection was dedicated to the roots of designer Irena Soprano — the Belgorod region. It was a story about the land, culture and heritage that inspired the creator and found expression in a contemporary fashion language. At the same time, it was a tribute to the land where she spent her childhood and from which the brand’s creative inspiration originated. The atmosphere of the show was underscored by music: “People’s Choir of the Rassvet Collective Farm — Russian Songs and Tunes of the Belgorod Region” (1968, “Melodiya”).

      At the heart of the collection is a poetic rethinking of Russian heritage in a contemporary Russian code. Symbols of ears of grain, wildflowers and architectural forms intertwined here as images of memory and beauty. Ancient embroidery techniques, including preserved works by the designer’s great-grandmother, were reflected in the garments of the present, while laces and Orenburg motifs became a metaphor for continuity and cultural code.

      The collection was inspired by the finest laces, Orenburg motifs and unique embroidery from the designer’s family heritage — the works of her great-grandmother — carefully reinterpreted in a modern context. Gzhel holds a special place, reimagined as a symbol of Russian heritage embodied in a contemporary silhouette. A constant part of the brand’s DNA remains the use of crystals that create an “alive glow” effect on the fabric. They have become that familiar touch that makes each SOLANGEL creation unique. The SOLANGEL SS26 collection is a story about roots, continuity and respect for traditions, told in the language of high fashion and contemporary style.
