FHUB Showroom Season 12 & International Buyers' Days in Russia 2025
From November 10 to 21, "Leninka Art" will be transformed into an international b2b fashion and folk arts and crafts showroom
The Fashion Hub Russia group of companies announces the start of the 12th season of FHUB Showroom — an international professional b2b/b2g exposition in which the historic premises of the Russian State Library are transformed into an exhibition of contemporary fashion, design and current interpretations of folk arts and crafts. The season is synchronized with international seasonality and the industry’s buying calendar: collection presentations, buying sessions, targeted b2b meetings and the International Buyers Days in Russia 2025 program will take place on a single site, providing the full cycle from selection to order placement.
Over three years Fashion Hub Russia has brought more than 200 premium brands from over 30 regions to market, having built a “roadmap” for integration into domestic and foreign retail chains. The exposition brings together fashion, design, beauty, home, jewellery, as well as cross-cutting collaborations between fashion brands and folk crafts and artisans. Based on experience from past seasons and the International Buyers Days in Russia, the format includes targeted visits to mono- and multibrand showrooms, order-based work and deal support with the participation of the International Buyers Association.
This season FHUB Showroom residents announced include YANA, Viva Vox, OLOLOL, JM Studio, Ianis Chamalidy, Rasario, Free Age, Arligent, Red September, 404 NOT FOUND, YANINA, SASHASKVO, ANTE KOVAC, JS Sense, Onoma and others. Brands will present collections aligned with international seasonality, special capsules and projects integrated with cultural heritage and folk arts and crafts. For the first time the halls of the Russian State Library will become the setting for a curated multi-product exhibition emphasizing the link between cultural code and contemporary design.
Buyers and retail partners
Buying sessions organized by the Fashion Hub Russia group of companies traditionally take place at key capital venues and industry hubs (including the GUM Demonstration Hall, the Logovaz Reception House, the Winzavod Center for Contemporary Art, and others), ensuring continuity and improved quality of purchases. Delegations of buyers and agents working in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Morocco, the United Kingdom, India, Kuwait, Qatar, Azerbaijan, the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Turkey, Italy, Montenegro, France, the Philippines and other countries of the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the CIS are expected to participate in the International Buyers Days and targeted b2b sessions. Based on results from previous International Buyers Days, the format has proven effective: dozens of orders placed and pop-up launches, entries into retail chains in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Qatar.
International integration
FHUB Showroom is scaling the FHUB Middle East direction and the International Buyers Days format: the focus is on expanding the presence of Russian brands in Middle Eastern, European and Asian retail chains, with full-cycle support — from buying to logistics and in-store merchandising. Successful cases developed in 2023–2024 include order placements, pop-up openings and preparations for operations in the region’s leading wholesale showrooms.
Special guest
Giuliola Maule — an international expert in buying and retail, president of Camera Showroom Milano, the largest professional association of 5,000+ buyers and retailers and more than 36 showrooms — will lead a delegation of international buyers and provide personal consultations, visits to mono- and multibrand showrooms and strategic sessions on promoting Russian brands in international markets.
Program and formats
Buying sessions: collection presentations, individual meetings and order placements for upcoming seasons; work under a “free stock” model.
Folk arts and crafts exhibition: a contemporary showcase of crafts and cross-cutting collections with local brands; the program includes the "Creators of Atomic Cities" project in partnership with the ANO "Energy of Development" of State Corporation Rosatom.
International Buyers Days in Russia: strategic work with international buyers by category — fashion / accessories / home / beauty (3rd season). The format’s proven effectiveness ranges from selection to contracts and pop-up operations.
FHUB Buyers Night (November 11, 2025): a closed evening for industry participants bringing together international and Russian buyers, media and project partners (an FHUB tradition since 2015).
Support and partners
The project is supported by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the Roscongress Foundation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member States, the Russian State Library, the "Leninka Art" project, the Russian Export Center and Fashion Hub Russia’s partner network.
