Woman Who Matters 2025: The Art of Change and Japanese Health Standards to New Heights

On November 11–12, 2025, in the very heart of Moscow, at the legendary Four Seasons Hotel and the Palace of Cultures, one of the year’s major events took place — the annual "Woman Who Matters" awards ceremony. The Ninth International Women's Forum brought together 1,800 participants and more than 80 opinion leaders, business experts and entrepreneurs to celebrate women whose ideas and projects are truly changing culture, business and the meanings of contemporary life.

This year a special place at the ceremony was occupied by the "Health and Well-being" category, personally established by the president of Enhel Group, Yulia Enhel — the event’s general partner. It was here that the best achievements in anti-aging medicine, the scientific approach to longevity and women’s health, embodied in innovative projects and outstanding scientific discoveries, were recognized.

Winners of the "Woman Who Matters" 2025 award in the "Health and Well-being" category:

      — Liliya Leshchinskaya, PhD in Medical Sciences, senior cosmetic physician at Enhel Dome, winner in the "Best Projects in Anti-Age Therapy" category, presented her original protocol "Japanese Technologies of Total Rejuvenation at the Cellular Level." Thanks to the integration of Japanese developments from Enhel Beauty and the philosophy of cellular longevity, her approach has become a new standard of effectiveness and safety in anti-aging.

      — Olga Balym, cosmetic physician and expert in mitochondrial health, laureate in the "Projects and Programs in the Field of Youth Preservation" category with her project "Center of Mitochondrial Health Knowledge." As Olga herself notes:

"Today, big science is in fashion. But I am convinced that the most elegant and intellectual cosmetology is the one that works with the cause, not the effect. We do not fight wrinkles. We fight cellular aging. And the most powerful ally in this fight is a tiny organelle that many have forgotten since school — the mitochondrion. My work is a bridge between fundamental science, which studies aging at the cellular level, and practical cosmetology, which wants to see quick and high-quality results. We use advanced data on mitochondria so that our procedures and prescriptions work ten times more effectively, because we give the cell the energy for self-repair."

      — Donna Kalimatova, PhD in Medical Sciences, gynecologist, winner in the "Projects and Programs in the Field of Women's Health and Reproductive Medicine" category with the project "Signature Method for Treating Infertility" — an innovative program supporting women aimed at unlocking the potential of reproductive health through comprehensive, scientifically grounded approaches.

Yulia Enhel, President of Enhel Group, while presenting the awards, emphasized:

"Today we celebrate not only professionalism but also innovation, the deep understanding of the mission of doctors who help people not merely to live longer, but to live brightly, happily and in harmony with themselves. Enhel Group supports projects that shape the health of the future by combining Japanese technologies and global medical expertise."

The "Woman Who Matters" award is more than professional recognition. It is an event that inspires women to develop leadership, support science, and care for health and beauty at a new level. Enhel Japan embodies the philosophy of modern life, where care for health becomes part of culture, and Japanese standards of quality and advanced discoveries are accessible to everyone.

It is precisely thanks to such partnerships that the "Woman Who Matters" award opens new horizons for the development of medicine, wellness, and women's leadership in Russia and beyond.
