      It’s not entirely my fault. The Angie cardigan from Sézane features subtly balloon sleeves and delicate crochet detailing around the neckline that scallops beautifully along the collarbones. What really captivated me was how the collar elegantly wraps around the neck, exuding a cozy and refined charm. Upon visiting the brand's new pop-up shop in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, I ended up purchasing the Angie in a lovely light pink shade. While the pink feather color is now sold out, it's still available in black, ecru white, bright red, and forest green. You can’t go wrong with any of these options.

      Wearing the sweater has unexpectedly led to three strangers on the street mistaking me for being French. Sézane is renowned for invoking that French girl chic vibe, but I never imagined it would make me embody that elusive je ne sais quoi. The Angie cardigan truly has that effect. When people didn’t think I was French, they assumed the cardigan was something I had found in a vintage shop abroad. That's the enchantment of the Angie; I suspect any of Sézane's stunning sweater selections would have a similar effect—which is precisely why several are already in my cart.
