YARKO reveals the premiere date of the animated series "Technolike"
Animation company "YARKO" (part of Gazprom-Media Holding) announces the premiere date of the new animated series "Technolike", created with the support of the Internet Development Institute (ANO "IRI"). Starting December 8, viewers will be able to watch the first episodes of the project on the online platforms PREMIER and RUTUBE and get to know a story that has already gathered a community of fans on social media.
"Technolike" is a story about how teenagers live and grow up in a world where reality and the online world intertwine every day. The main character Anya does not fight monsters — her "opponents" are much closer: algorithm-imposed standards, the pressure of popularity, manipulation on social networks, and the fear of being "different."
"We believe that 'Technolike' will become not only a bright project in the animation lineup of our company, but also an important step in dialogue with the young audience. The series raises issues relevant to modern children in the era of global digitization. And this is also our social responsibility — not only to entertain, but to educate, to convey important messages and values," emphasized Albina Mukhametzyanova, CEO and Executive Producer of animation company "YARKO."
"Technolike" is a timely conversation with teenagers in their language. The series explores the main challenge for today’s children: how to behave safely in the digital environment and preserve individuality when your worth is measured by likes and followers. The project reminds us that it is important not to meet others' expectations, but to hold on to your own anchor. It is a story about how being authentic is more valuable than appearing perfect.
At the center of the plot are themes close to teenagers: friendship, honesty, the ability to say "no" to pressure, learning to cope with emotions and not lose oneself in the digital noise. Anya, Max, Like and other characters make mistakes, learn to trust, support each other and make the right decisions — not the easiest, but honest.
"Our story is about growing up in a world where virtual life sometimes seems more important than real life. We want to show how difficult it is for modern teenagers to maintain individuality when everything around is measured by numbers of followers and online reactions. This series is not about rejecting technology, but about learning to be yourself both online and in reality," noted Anastasia Chernova, the project's director.
