Sienna Miller Recently Made a Playful Pregnancy Announcement While Wearing a Completely Sheer Dress on the Red Carpet

      All attention was on Sienna Miller as she arrived on the red carpet at The Fashion Awards 2025 in London this evening. Wearing a sheer white gown by Givenchy, designed by Sarah Burton—specifically look 37 from the spring/summer 2026 collection—Miller boldly announced her pregnancy with her third child. The empire-waisted, floor-length mesh dress showcased her baby bump. She completed her maternity red carpet style with pearl pendant earrings and fluffy pink sandals, both also from Givenchy. The Fashion Awards, which was previously known as the British Fashion Awards before being rebranded in 2016, has celebrated decades of impactful designers and innovators in the fashion industry since its start in 1989. This year’s event, taking place at London’s Royal Albert Hall, highlighted a diverse array of nominees, including both established figures and emerging talent. Sarah Burton for Givenchy was named the 2025 British Womenswear Designer of the Year. Other nominees included Simone Rocha, Chopova Lowena, Charlotte Knowles for Knwls, and Erdem Moralıoğlu.
