      On December 1, the State Historical Museum hosted the ceremonial opening of the exclusive exhibition "The Charm of Beauty. From the History of Jewelry in Russia" — a glamorous social event that brought together a select audience and representatives of the cultural, creative and media spheres. In their addresses they noted the significance of the exhibition, emphasizing that the collaboration between the museum and the jewelry house made it possible to present the public with a unique view of the history of jewelry art and its contemporary interpretation.

      Nadezhda Vartanova emphasized that the close of the anniversary year was an important milestone for MIUZ Diamonds and a natural reason to join a major cultural project that has become a new landmark in the brand’s development as a premium jewelry house.

      The evening concluded with a chamber concert by jazz performer Alisa Kokova and the band "Phenomenon of Culture," which lent the event particular musical refinement and underscored its atmosphere.

      This is the first monographic presentation of part of the extensive collection of jewelry from the Special Treasury of the State Historical Museum, dedicated to the history of Russian jewelry from the second half of the 17th to the early 20th centuries.

      The collaboration with the museum is symbolic and not accidental. MIUZ Diamonds is proud of its history, which has continued uninterrupted since 1920. Over these years the jewelry house has preserved and developed the traditions of outstanding masters, passing through milestones such as the Jewelry Artel, the Moscow Jewelry Factory and the Moscow Jewelry Plant on its way to the modern image of a premium jewelry house.       MIUZ Diamonds has a distinct and rich history with the State Historical Museum. The museum’s collections hold unique works by Soviet jeweler-artists created at the Moscow Jewelry Plant, as well as Orders of the Patriotic War produced at the enterprise for the 40th anniversary of the Great Victory.

      An important section of the exhibition is devoted to the precious exhibits of MIUZ Diamonds. It presents jewelry from the past century from the museum’s collection, as well as two contemporary collections.

      One of them, "Abundance," embodies the very essence of Russian culture and closes the circle of the company’s history, which has always reflected the key principles of Russian art through its craftsmanship. The source of inspiration was a precious exhibit shown to the artists of MIUZ Diamonds’ design studio during a meeting with staff of the State Historical Museum’s department of precious metals. It was a decorative element of a 19th-century hair ornament, the artistic basis of which was a golden ear of wheat. Thus was born the idea to reinterpret the images inspired by the exhibit in the "Abundance" collection. The generous and precious motif of the ear from the antique ornament was revived by MIUZ Diamonds’ masters in a contemporary voice as a poetic metaphor of the spiritual meanings and symbols of Russia. In the concept of "Abundance," the classical principles of Russian jewelry art are harmoniously interwoven with modern design and technological solutions in the jewelry house’s original interpretation.

      The other collection presented at the exhibition, "Precious Heritage," is created in the aesthetic of the Romanov house’s jewelry traditions. MIUZ Diamonds’ designers use visual motifs of the famous tiaras of the Russian empresses, emphasizing the continuity of great traditions.

      The opening of the exhibition brought together the elite of cultural and social life. The creative partnership between MIUZ Diamonds and the State Historical Museum is not merely a tribute to the past but a living dialogue between eras.
