During my entire time in elementary school, I wore a uniform that limited my shoe options to three colors: black, brown, and navy. As the fashion rebel I’ve always been, I opted for navy, which set me apart from most of my classmates. But that didn't bother me; I adored my navy ballet flats and wore them even outside of school. However, when elementary school came to an end, I left my navy flats behind. I didn’t consider wearing that color in shoes again, and black, brown, and burgundy took over. Recently, though, I’ve noticed several new styles in navy, reminding me of why it was once my favorite.

I’m not alone in my affection for them; Kaia Gerber often wears the Cendrillon Flats in various colors, including navy, which she sported this week while preparing for a New Play Reading Series at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts. The model and actress paired her flats effortlessly with a coordinating athletic skort, a red T-shirt, and a black sweatshirt.
