      If bubble shorts were the standout bottoms trend of summer, genie pants are now receiving the same viral attention for fall. Thankfully, unlike bubble shorts, genie pants (sometimes known as bubble pants) aren't restricted to just one season. I've observed them being worn in summer vacations paired with bikini tops, as well as styled for autumn with clogs, ballet flats, and kitten heels. When winter arrives, you might want something warmer (although I found a quickly selling cashmere pair from The Row), and as spring approaches, there will be even more styling options for genie pants.

      What makes genie pants appealing is their uniqueness. Regardless of what you pair them with, they will always be the focal point of your outfit, allowing you to keep the rest of your attire simple. For instance, a basic tank top and flip-flops with perhaps a cord necklace, anklet, or cuff bracelet is all that’s needed if you’re wearing genie pants. You can't often say the same for ordinary jeans or khakis. They also come in diverse styles, from sheer boho-printed options to flowing jersey varieties. Others are made from poplin, which is perfect for warmer weather and casual looks.
