However, these polarizing bottoms do experience cycles of trends, and currently, fashion enthusiasts are primarily sporting one type—flared leggings—often paired with flip-flops. Sneakers? Not so much. A perfect example is Hailey Bieber, who was seen grabbing an iced coffee during a brief visit to Palm Springs in a graphic T-shirt and black flared leggings from ALO, complemented by The Row's popular (and frequently sold out) City Flip-Flops.
