Last week, Zara revealed its upcoming collaboration with the designer Ludovic de Saint Sernin. The Paris-based designer launched his own brand in 2017 after spending two years with Balmain and previously interning at Dior and Saint Laurent. Now, with his designs being sported by celebrities like Laura Harrier, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, and Hunter Schafer, he is catering to the Zara customer with a collection he describes in the press release as his "vision of the perfect wardrobe." "[They're] pieces made with outstanding quality that I want to wear, that I want my friends to wear, that I want everyone to have," he added.

      The Zara x Ludovic de Saint Sernin collaboration for winter 2025 features a total of 48 womenswear items, including dresses, outerwear, embellished T-shirts, and denim. It also includes boots, heels, bags, and belts. Furthermore, the designer has introduced a menswear section along with beauty products.

      To celebrate the occasion, Zara and Ludovic de Saint Sernin selected supermodels Alex Consani and Amelia Gray as the faces of the womenswear collection, featuring them in both a video and still campaign directed by Gordon von Steiner. In the film, downtown Manhattan is captured in a moment where everything is still except for the models, who are heading to a celebration, naturally adorned in pieces from the collection—Gray in a red gown and Consani in a sheer black dress with leather accents. "One of the concepts central to the film is daydreaming," de Saint Sernin stated in a press release. "There’s a feeling of questioning the reality of the moment, but I also aimed to remind the world to keep dreaming bigger and bigger." He compared this partnership to a daydream: "Words fall short of conveying how significant this collaboration has been for me—it has truly been a dream come true."
