I'm not kidding, this new concealer is essentially a skin-filtering blur in a bottle.

Is it just me, or is it nearly impossible to find a decent concealer? High-coverage options tend to feel heavy on my skin, while lighter formulas hardly address my dark circles (believe me, I've experimented with numerous under-eye concealers). Moreover, it seems that every formulation tends to crease within a few hours. Even as a beauty editor with access to countless samples, I've still faced challenges in discovering the ideal formula. So, when I came across the new Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer, I initially dismissed it, assuming it would be just like the others. However, a few weeks post-launch, it felt as though everyone I knew was raving about its quality. I asked one of my friends, "Is it truly worth the hype?" and she affirmed it with a definite yes. My friends are not prone to exaggeration, so I decided, like any beauty journalist would, to test it out myself. I don't want to ruin the entire review, but if I had to sum up this product in one word, it would simply be wow. It’s like a blurring skin filter bottled up. More details about that and everything else you should know are below... Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Blur Concealer Review

      The Formula

Let's dive right in. This is a lightweight, high-coverage, hydrating concealer (yes, indeed) that the brand claims offers 24 hours of creaseless wear. While I haven't worn it for a full 24 hours, here’s what I can confirm. First and foremost, the coverage is impressive. So impressive that you really only need a tiny amount for your entire face. Secondly, this concealer somehow feels incredibly creamy and moisturizing. Tilbury describes it as her "elastic-stretch" formula, and I couldn't come up with a better term myself. It contains hyaluronic acid and squalane, so even my extremely dry under-eyes soak this up. Designed with dark circles, blemishes, redness, pores, and pigmentation in mind, it, like the Airbrush Flawless Foundation, provides a truly blurring effect. Additionally, it comes in 34 shades, featuring a wide variety of cool, neutral, and warm undertones.

      The Application

The applicator wand features a distinctive diamond shape that allows for easy application on the skin. As mentioned earlier, a small amount of this concealer goes a long way, so I suggest dabbing it onto the skin rather than doing a full swipe. Interestingly, the wand also includes a "precision Micro-Dot tip," making this process quick and straightforward. I tried blending it out using both a makeup brush and my fingers, and found that both methods worked wonderfully.

      The Verdict

So, what's the verdict? I never thought I’d say this, but I'm quite smitten with this product. I haven't encountered a concealer that provides such high coverage while still maintaining a lightweight and natural feel on the skin. As someone who prefers "no makeup" looks but also struggles with breakouts and prominently dark circles, this concealer has successfully combined a weightless texture with a blurring effect, a challenging feat. That said, I do think it's fairly easy to overdo it with this product. During my initial test, I applied too much and experienced some caking and creasing throughout the day, but I have since learned from my mistakes. To maximize the benefits of the formula, I suggest starting with a small amount and building from there. Honestly, I'm not convinced that any concealer can be entirely crease-proof, but I would say this one comes extremely close.
