Sheikh Band – launch of a new music project and first release

      Masha Sheikh is starting a new chapter in her music career and launching the Sheikh Band project, of which she is both the producer and one of the lead singers. The story of the group began with the voice of the second lead singer (her name is still a secret, but will be revealed very soon) — her tone inspired Masha to create a musical duet with a unique sound. On March 27, the release of the first track "Don't Cry" will take place — an energetic and bold composition with a driving beat and an honest conversation, in which the heroine shares how she freed herself from illusions and stepped out of the shadow of others' expectations. "Don't Cry" could become the soundtrack for anyone who has ever been afraid to let go, who has put others' interests above their own, and who is finally ready to choose their own happiness. "This track is not about not being able to cry, but about how tears should not be a tool for manipulation or a way to win back someone who does not choose you. Strength is when an unshakeable peace reigns within you. When you look at a departing person and do not shatter into pieces, but remain whole. I want every woman who hears this track to remember one simple thing: choose yourself," shares Masha.

      Along with the song, a music video is being released: the plot centers around a heroine, tired of the endless search for the perfect partner and disappointments. She goes to a psychologist, hoping to receive yet another piece of advice on saving her relationship. But instead of a standard conversation, the psychologist reveals to the heroine the main truth and foundation that we so often forget: first and foremost, you need to love yourself.
