Margot Robbie Recently Wore the Ultimate Game-Day Outfit That Every College Student Admires
If you've ever been to a college football game, particularly in the Southern United States, you've likely noticed what students tend to wear on game days. As someone from Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Go Tigers!), and now living in a region of North Carolina rich in college culture, I've had the opportunity to observe the outfits of college attendees more than a few times. Over the years, many have leaned towards a simple outfit pairing: a casual minidress and mid-calf or knee-high Western boots. I'm not sure how or why this became the favored game-day attire, but I understand the practicality behind it. Football games can get quite hot—hence the choice of a minidress—and there's usually quite a bit of walking involved, whether it's from your car to the tailgating area or to the stadium, which is where the comfortable Western boots come in. However, this outfit combination isn't limited to college football venues. Margot Robbie recently showcased this style while visiting the trendy Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood on a warm day in L.A. Specifically, she wore a strapless black knit dress by With Jéan and paired it with slouchy Western boots from Khaite. To complete her look, Robbie carried a brown leather bomber jacket and her recent favorite bag, the Chanel 25. Overall, she looked incredibly stylish (as she always does), and her outfit was equally fitting for a visit to one of L.A.'s most exclusive members-only clubs or a football game.
