Key Ingredients in Personal Day Skincare
Personal Day has exclusive access to mevalonic acid, a powerful multitasker in acne treatment. This ingredient not only boosts natural proteins like squalene and retinol but also repairs skin, fortifies the skin barrier, and enhances cell turnover. Other key components include azelaic acid and zinc hyaluronate. Personal Day Skincare Review: My Experience
After a year of using Personal Day, I can't claim my skin is perfect—it's never going to be. The difference is that hormonal acne appears less often, and I now have effective products to tackle it. My pores are much less congested, and my skin heals more efficiently than before. Here’s my review of each product:

Initially, I was hesitant about the Personal Day cleanser made with rice powder, as its consistency can be trickier to manage compared to liquids or creams. However, once I adjusted, I realized it’s actually the perfect physical exfoliant for my sensitive skin. This product lasts a long time too; every time I think the bottle is empty, a good amount still comes out after shaking it. My only issue is that double cleansing with it leaves my skin feeling tight.

I don’t have many holy grail products, but this is one of them. To me, it strikes the perfect balance as a moisturizer—not too light to be ineffective, yet not so heavy that it clogs my pores. It contains various beneficial ingredients, and occasionally, I use the Personal Day moisturizer on my hands as well.

I was initially skeptical about this lip balm due to its higher price point, but if you haven’t found a product that truly heals your lips instead of merely covering the symptoms, it’s worth trying. I appreciate that my lips do not become dry and cracked after going without it for a while.

Traditional pore strips have previously caused issues for my skin, but these don’t do that. Their performance can vary, but I admire that they stay moist and help dissolve blackheads rather than hardening and pulling them out. The extractor tool included is my favorite feature; it feels satisfying to use, giving me the feeling of a private esthetician.
