New ARCHITECTURE Mastersuit capsule
Moscow, May 19 at the Kievsky Railway Station, a presentation of the new capsule Mastersuit Evening Essentials took place.
In creating the collection, the brand was inspired by architecture as a way to see form and feel rhythm. The foundation of the concept is the exploration of the interaction between space and clothing as a construction: its stability, tension, and ability to hold movement. The silhouette is elongated, gathered, the shoulder is precise, the suit sets the axis and directs movement.
The tuxedo ceases to be static. The silhouette retains clarity, while inside it a transformation occurs: lines shift, proportions become less obvious, and the form becomes less fixed. This is deconstruction, where the structure holds movement. The dresses continue this same logic. Long lines, soft surfaces, an open back, transparency—all are arranged so that the form does not conceal the body but gathers it within itself.
The new capsule is built on the precise interaction of construction and flow—rigidity and fluidity. Dense materials—wool, crepe, velvet—form the framework, while silk adds depth and plasticity. Here, the brand emphasizes not contrasts but coexistence in one space. The color palette remains restrained at its core: black, cream, beige. However, this capsule is complemented by colorful accents of burgundy, sky blue, and brown. In such a system, form remains the main expressive element.
The Kievsky Railway Station is a continuation of the idea of the collection. The space combines lines, rhythm, and flow. Architecture in which movement exists within the system. The very word "station" originates from Vauxhall Gardens—a meeting place, music, and time spent between events. Today, this space retains the same state—a moment in which everything has already begun.
In 2026, it will be 175 years since the opening of the railway connection between St. Petersburg and Moscow—a line that became the foundation for establishing a link between the two capitals. Launched in 1851 by the decree of Nicholas I, it became not only an engineering achievement but also a symbol of movement that unites spaces, people, and the rhythms of the city.
Today, the station is architecture of movement. A place where a person exists between points, between states, between forms. This logic becomes the foundation of the show: space, body, and clothing find themselves in one process.
The musical accompaniment for the show was arranged by Dima Fomichev—the author of the project "Musical Atelier" (channel, studio, Telegram), musical director of Poison Drop, the Luzhniki Sports Complex, and the "Mendeleev" bar. A DJ, musician, and sound designer working with leading Russian fashion designers on music for shows.
Over 1,000 friends of the brand, clients, and social guests gathered for the show, including: Mot, Fyodor Smolov and Karina Istomina, Alexander Revva, Victoria Lopyreva, Anna Sedokova, Alexey Zhidkovsky, Yan Yanovsky, Alexey Sukharev, Maria Kravtsova, Adelina Sotnikova, Karina Cross, Yulia Godunova, Masha Fedorova, Marika Kravtsova, Nikita Mazepin, Anton Wiener, Yuri Kiselev, Oleg Haas and Margarita Abroskina, Anna Alexandrovna, Anna Butman, Maria Chigirinskaya, Olesya Shipovskaya, Nastya Poletaeva, Alisa Ruban, Evgenia Linovich, Anfisa Ibadova, Yana Piletskaya, Elena Sazhina, Stas Kruglitsky, Pavel Bobrov, Polina Podpletennaya, Lolita Lazarenko, Dasha Kostromitina, Inga Berman, MARGO, Irina Chaykovskaya, Anna Tikhomirova-Ovcharenko and Artem Ovcharenko, Dasha Korobova, Sergey Sukhov, Evgenia Krivtsova, Evgenia Vasilieva, Liza Arzamassova, Alyona Akilova, Galina Rzhaksenskaya, Khvicha Lukka, Oleg Ternovoy, Oksana On, Milana Pich, Maria Ty, Marina Terentyeva, Vita Eshkol, and many others.
The evening will conclude with a performance by the brand ambassador Zivert.
The general partner of the show was OAO RZD (Russian Railways), for whom the station remains not only an infrastructure but also a part of urban culture and environment.
