Recently, the kitchen of the club-restaurant "Moscow" has been headed by Alexey Podlesnykh, known for his work in the restaurants "Uryuk" and projects Osh Delmar, Downtown Toko, Eshak Sity Walk in Dubai. The brand chef has presented a global update to the menu: now the main focus is on meat and seafood dishes.
Among the new items is a green salad with avocado served with a lemon-olive dressing: fresh romaine leaves, crispy slices of carrot and radish, tender avocado, sesame sauce, grilled olives, and a mix of seeds create a light yet rich combination. A heartier option is a meat salad with sesame dressing – a combination of marinated beef, sweet pepper, fresh herbs, and Yalta onion served with an author’s sauce in an Eastern style.
Seafood lovers will enjoy the salad with smoked octopus and fennel. The octopus, smoked on alder to a tender state, is served with basil, tarragon, thin slices of fennel, and Tajik olives.
Among the new meat dishes is lamb shoulder. It is slow-cooked in the oven until crumbly and served with a mustard demi-glace. The lamb shank with garlic and rosemary features an especially tender texture and deep aroma from the author’s sauce. Additionally, there are smoked kalbi ribs in honey glaze – juicy beef ribs cooked in a smoker and complemented with a side of spinach and sorrel.
It is worth noting the set of grilled dishes – a large assortment for a group, which includes shashlik made from marbled beef, young lamb, and homemade chicken, lamb chops, and rack of lamb. The dishes are served with lavash, sweet onions, and honey-spicy pickles.
