      I’m so absorbed in the fashion scene that I can anticipate what It girls will don before they even leave their homes. It's practically second nature: ahead of each new season or even month, I discuss emerging trends with my friends—whether it’s a specific bag style, color, or shoe label. They typically seem doubtful; however, three weeks later, everyone has adopted those styles, and my friends wish they had taken my advice when I predicted it would sell out. June isn’t even fully here yet, and I can already envision what it holds: innovative, playful, vibrant, unique, sophisticated, and polished looks. People will dress as if they're vacationing in the South of France, even if they're just having drinks at Le Dive on Manhattan's Lower East Side. Black capris or pedal pushers will be paired with open-toe kitten heels, Bermuda shorts with oversized tees and sleek flip-flops, and sporty shorts with contrast-trim bikinis. Since it’s wedding season, dresses for wedding guests will emphasize texture, color, and a sense of nostalgia. Accessories will stand out, highlighting large, round, retro-inspired sunglasses. Silk scarves will be styled as tops, headbands, and even as belts around the waist. Straw totes and clutches will be worn in unconventional ways, matched with tailored pants and leggings rather than resort wear.

      This insight isn’t just instinctual; I’ve also done my research while scrolling through my phone at night, switching between TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and Substack.
