      **Yea: Neons + Minidresses**

"I’m really into neons right now. They’re always a fun choice for summer and make me look extra tan! I also love wearing any thin minidress during the hot summers in NYC. Cou Cou Intimates has some of my favorites!"

      **Nay: Jorts + Logos**

"I’m not really a fan of jorts anymore or anything with large logos, but that’s more of a year-round preference."

**Yea: Excessive Layering + Optical Glasses**

"I’ve been loving excessive layering lately. I just got this dress from Verconiik, a label based in NYC, and I think it's great because it looks like multiple pieces in one. Having spent time in Copenhagen, I feel like I've picked up some fun style influences from the stylish Danish girls. I’ve also been really into neon hues and a variety of glasses recently. I’ve always worn contacts, so it’s exciting that glasses are so trendy right now."

      **Nay: Skinny Jeans**

"I'm not on board with skinny jeans (sorry, still not into them!) or minimalism like in 'Love Story.' Maybe that's a bit controversial. I love a '90s aesthetic, but I think maximalism is a blast, and I prefer to encourage playful dressing rather than toning down style—unless that's what suits you best. To each their own!"

      **Yea: Aqua/Teal**

"The 2010s are back, and I’m totally embracing it. I’ve always enjoyed wearing blue, but aqua/teal has that whimsical, nostalgic vibe we need this summer. It’s been a tough year. Plus, since this color trend is resurfacing, finding a secondhand piece will be easy instead of purchasing new."

      **Nay: Capris**

"I think capris have a nice look, but I wish mini shorts would gain more popularity. I personally feel too warm in capris and have to hike them up for better airflow. Also, my legs are pretty pale right now, and I want every chance to work on my tan whenever I step outside. So, expect to see me in Daisy Dukes while singing 'California Gurls' this summer."

      **Yea: Carpenter Belts**

"This trend is one I've only encountered in IG's niche and chic styling. Wearing this toolbelt-like waist cincher over a skirt or baggy cargo pants serves two purposes. It signals to others that you’re stylish, plus it provides a convenient place for your phone and lip liner. Who doesn’t appreciate a pocket? You can find authentic options at your local hardware store, but Zara and Free People also have a variety."

      **Nay: Disc Belts**

"While discussing trends with another fashion editor, we both shared a dislike for a certain Y2K-inspired accessory: the disc belt. You might have seen it at music festivals like Coachella, styled with micro shorts and Western boots. However, it seems to have lost its charm lately—at least in my opinion."
