      Making leggings appear stylish rather than just something you wear for hot yoga or when walking your dog in a pinch is a skill, and some individuals excel at it. Jennifer Lawrence is among those elite fashionistas, and her latest look serves as further evidence of her leggings styling prowess. The actress was seen in New York City after a workout, looking significantly more fashionable than I typically do post-exercise. Specifically, Lawrence chose a pair of black Alo leggings, pairing them with a red Roucha windbreaker—a popular choice among NYC trendsetters—her beloved brown Hermès Lindy bag, a black flat-brim hat, and unexpectedly, Adidas slides. I had always viewed Adidas slides as mere shower shoes or sandals worn with socks after sports practice in high school, but clearly, the $17 footwear (currently on sale during Amazon Prime Day—hurry!) can do much more. After seeing Lawrence's ensemble, I began to rethink my usual choices of sneakers and flip-flops, which are the footwear I typically associate with leggings. Unsurprisingly, I promptly ordered a pair to take advantage of the deal.
