The body as an extension of the face: The modern concept of "Full Body" rejuvenation

There is one detail that you notice after many years of working with patients: no one ever comes in with the request "I like everything, just add a bit of youth." There is always a list. The face, hands, abdomen, "this fold" and "that roll." And this is absolutely normal – because we perceive beauty and youth as a whole, as a single picture. That is why modern cosmetology is increasingly talking about a comprehensive approach to the body rather than individual procedures.

A young, healthy body is not just the absence of wrinkles. It is firmness, good skin turgor, the absence of excess volume and sagging. The skin, adipose tissue, muscles, and lymphatic system work as a single mechanism. To affect only one level and expect a perfect result is like painting the facade of a house without reinforcing the foundation.

We are figuring out with certified trainer OLIGIO Anna Anatolyevna Zvanets how this comprehensive approach looks in practice and why the choice of "something one" almost never gives that wow result.

      Step one: dealing with fat

Local fat deposits are perhaps the most common request. "Remove fat from the abdomen," "get rid of the jodhpurs," "something is wrong with the inner surface of the knees." The peculiarity of such areas is that diets and workouts hardly cope with them: the body consumes fat systemically, not locally.

Here, hardware and injection technologies come into play. The Ulfit device works on the principle of HIFU therapy (high-intensity focused ultrasound): it precisely heats fat cells to 60–70°C at a depth of up to 13 mm, destroying them, after which the breakdown products are naturally removed by the lymphatic system. The result is noticeable immediately and continues to increase over the course of a month. The method works particularly well on the abdomen, jodhpur area, and back.

For more delicate "jewelry" finishing, injection lipolytics are used: the drug is injected into the fat cell and destroys its membrane. This is indispensable for the area of the double chin or the inner surface of the knee – places where an extra 5–7 centimeters changes everything.

An important nuance: when fat cells are destroyed, free fatty acids are released, which need to be quickly removed from the tissues. If the lymphatic system cannot cope, the result will be blurred by swelling. That is why lipolysis never works alone – it always goes hand in hand with lymphatic drainage.

      Step two: tightening the skin

The most common mistake in working with the body is to remove fat deposits and end up with sagging skin as a gift. It simply does not have time to contract after the reduced fat tissue. This is especially relevant for the inner surface of the arms, the abdomen after weight loss or childbirth, and the area above the knees.

For non-surgical lifting, monopolar RF lifting is actively used today – in particular, the Oligio device. The technology works through controlled heating of the dermis: old collagen fibers contract (the effect is visible immediately), and simultaneously, the production of new collagen is stimulated (the result increases over three months). The procedure is painless, requires no rehabilitation, and the effect lasts up to 18 months.

If the skin has lost significant resources – for example, after pregnancy or rapid weight loss – collagen stimulators are introduced: AestheFill or Radiesse. These are injectable preparations based on poly-L-lactic acid that literally create an invisible framework inside the skin. They attract fibroblasts – cells responsible for collagen production – and the skin begins to thicken from the inside. Sagging disappears, and stretch marks become less noticeable. The result increases for up to six months and lasts for one and a half to two years.

Step three: launching lymph and restoring skin quality

The lymphatic system is that invisible foundation on which the entire result rests. Without normal lymphatic drainage, lipolytics work worse, the skin looks swollen and dull, and cellulite, no matter how hard we try, returns.

One of the most effective tools here is Endospheres (Endospheres Therapy), an Italian method of compression microvibration. Unlike aggressive vacuum massage, here, silicone spheres delicately affect the tissues, launching powerful lymphatic drainage, restoring muscle tone, and stimulating collagen production. Patients describe it as a deep relaxing massage, after which the body feels noticeably lighter, and the contours are clearer. The standard course consists of 6–12 sessions.

Why one procedure does not work: a metaphor of a house

Imagine that your body is a house that needs renovation. Ulfit and lipolytics are the demolition of old partitions: we remove the excess, expand the space. RF lifting and collagen stimulators are the reinforcement of walls and updating the facade: the skin holds its shape again. Endospheres is the general cleaning and ventilation: we remove toxins, establish "circulation."

If you only do cleaning – the fold will not go anywhere. If you only remove fat – you will get sagging. If you only lift – you will miss volume. The result appears when all levels work together.

How it works in practice: three principles of a competent approach

Start with diagnostics, not with a procedure. For some, after childbirth, a course of RF lifting is enough to restore the tone of the abdominal skin. For others, tissue preparation with Endospheres is needed first, and only then work with fat. The protocol is always individual.

Do not expect a miracle from one procedure. Not because the procedures are bad – but because the body is complex. A competent protocol of three to four methods will give a result that you will not get from the most expensive "magic pill."

Seek balance, not extremes. The goal is a toned body, but not "over-dried," firm, but without swelling. Beauty is not a deficit; it is harmony.

Body beauty is a long-term investment

Summer, vacation, an important event – all these are good reasons to start. But the best result is the one that stays with you not for one season, but for years. A comprehensive approach, where Ulfit, Oligio, collagen stimulators, and Endospheres work as a cohesive team, is exactly that story.

A body that you are satisfied with – in a swimsuit, in a business suit, in the mirror without makeup in the morning – is not about perfect parameters. It is about the feeling of yourself. And it is this feeling that is worth striving for: consciously, gradually, with the right support.

The first step is a consultation, during which the specialist will assess your requests and create an individual program. Not a set of "top of the season," but exactly what you specifically need.
