SUMMER IN THE HEART OF PARIS: RITZ BAR JARDIN IS BACK
In the Grand Jardin of the Ritz Paris hotel—a luxurious garden spanning over 1600 square meters, hidden behind the historic facades of Place Vendôme—the seasonal Ritz Bar Jardin has opened. Until September 12, 2026, one of the most beautiful and secluded corners of Paris will become a magnet for connoisseurs of high mixology and leisurely summer evenings outdoors. The leitmotif of the new season is the famous gardens of the world. Under the guidance of head bartender Romain de Courcy, the Ritz Paris team has created a collection of signature cocktails, each transporting guests to a new corner of the planet, revealing its character through a delicate blend of aromas and flavors. From the lavender fields of Provence to the exotic Kerala and sunny Casablanca—the cocktail menu turns a visit to the Ritz Bar Jardin into a true sensory journey. The foundation of each composition consists of natural essences and extracts, specially created for the Ritz Bar by perfumers and artisanal producers from Grasse.
Among the main novelties of the season are the cocktails A Garden at the Ritz with notes of white flowers and champagne, A Garden in Provence with strawberries, lavender, and rosemary, A Garden in Casablanca with cognac, neroli, and Atlas cedar, as well as A Garden in Kerala, combining coconut, tuberose, and cardamom. Each signature cocktail is also available in a non-alcoholic version. In addition to the signature novelties, guests will be offered classics of global bar culture—Saint-Germain Spritz, Negroni, Americano, and Dry Martini, as well as a carefully curated collection of champagne and wines by the glass.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the Ritz Bar Jardin offers a special gastronomic experience inspired by the Mediterranean. On a Japanese binchotan charcoal grill, shrimp and lobster kefta, marinated chicken with green onions, as well as vegetable and mushroom skewers are prepared.
Hidden from prying eyes among greenery and blooming alleys, the Ritz Bar Jardin is the perfect place for summer gatherings and aperitifs.
