Hailey Bieber has recently showcased what I believe to be the most refreshing pedicure color I've seen in a while, and it's the ideal tone for summer.

I can't recall the last occasion I noticed a bright pedicure on Hailey, and this azure blue might just be the brightest shade to adorn her toes this season. She's also opted for the same color for her manicure.
