      On August 2, the "RZD ARENA" stadium transformed into the main fitness venue of Moscow – the SMSTRETCHING boutique studio network held its third open training session of the season, gathering over 2000 health enthusiasts. The event took place as part of the sports and music festival "Reaching the Goal!" in honor of Railway Workers' Day.

      The founder of the project, Samira Mustafaeva, along with a team of certified SMSTRETCHING trainers, conducted a stretching workout, developing a mix of exercises effective for both professional athletes and amateurs. It is also worth noting the event's dress code – total black, which created a visual harmony effect.

      "2000 people in one venue – this is an incredible charge of energy! I am very pleased that every year more people want to participate in the training, and the trend towards a healthy lifestyle is not slowing down. My team and I showed that stretching today is fashionable and accessible to everyone. Open summer training sessions have already become our trademark, and of course, we really want to continue developing this direction. Thank you to everyone who came today to share this great moment with us," commented Samira Mustafaeva.

      SMSTRETCHING is a network of boutique stretching and fitness studios founded by gymnast Samira Mustafaeva and entrepreneur Nikolai Kondratyuk. The brand develops a community of people striving for harmony of body and spirit, making stretching accessible and fashionable.
