On August 2, the "RZD ARENA" stadium transformed into the main fitness venue of Moscow – the boutique studio network SMSTRETCHING held its third open training session of the season, gathering over 2000 health enthusiasts. The event took place as part of the sports and music festival "Reaching the Goal!" in honor of Railway Workers' Day.
The founder of the project, Samira Mustafaeva, along with a team of certified SMSTRETCHING trainers, conducted a stretching workout, developing a mix of exercises effective for both professional athletes and amateurs. It is also worth noting the event's dress code – total black, which created a visual harmony effect.
"2000 people in one place – this is an incredible surge of energy! I am very pleased that each year more people want to participate in the training, and the trend towards a healthy lifestyle shows no signs of slowing down. My team and I demonstrated that stretching today is fashionable and accessible to everyone. Open summer training sessions have already become our signature, and of course, we really want to continue developing this direction. SMSTRETCHING is a network of boutique stretching and fitness studios founded by gymnast Samira Mustafaeva and entrepreneur Nikolai Kondratyuk.
