5 Copenhagen Trends Gaining Momentum for 2027
Twice a year, fashion enthusiasts flock to Denmark to celebrate all aspects of Scandinavian style. Having attended Copenhagen Fashion Week multiple times throughout the years, I can confirm it ranks as one of the most enjoyable events on the fashion calendar. The positive energy, emerging talent, dynamic street style, and picturesque show locations all contribute to making Copenhagen a rival to New York, London, Milan, and even Paris. The spring/summer 2027 season, held in early August 2026, was particularly memorable. Stine Goya and By Malene Birger made their much-anticipated returns to the official agenda, while American favorite Collina Strada traveled from NYC to CPH for a special runway presentation. Brands like Gestuz, MKDT Studio, The Garment, and Baum und Pferdgarten were also there to showcase their visions for spring 2027 fashion. Below, I have highlighted my top five favorite recurring themes after reviewing every look from CPHFW.
**Cool Whip**
