      Kandalec advises, "Magnetic shades (cat eye) look really stunning on short nails."       **Tortoiseshell Accents**

      Lastly, we have nuance nails, which consist of three or more colors layered together for a beautifully swirled manicure. "This style is trending in Japan right now," Kandalec explains.
