"As a young girl, I would stay up late watching my mom prepare for dinner or the ballet," she shares. "She would apply Chanel No.5 as her final touch before leaving, and occasionally, she would allow me to dab some on my neck too. Since then, perfume has always made me feel exceptional." Hessel Cohen bottled this enchanting feeling into four distinct fragrances, ranging from the fruity-floral Forever in Love Eau de Parfum ($125) to the warm, dense Moondance Eau de Parfum ($125). Just in time for spring, she introduced a solar floral scent. "I wear all of our fragrances throughout the year, but this spring I'll be living in Love on the Beach Eau de Parfum," she notes. "I crafted this scent for the effortlessly chic girl on the hottest days. It embodies the essence of a sunset—radiant and warm, this sun-kissed fragrance is as beautiful as it is unforgettable."
