      If you take a stroll around London this week, you'll quickly notice that the city's most fashionable residents are embracing some key summer trends. Polka dots can be seen everywhere, while shirred blouses, skirts, and dresses fill the tube trains, and voluminous puff-sleeve tops have taken the place of basic tees. It seems that three prominent trends have merged into the must-have piece for London’s trendsetters. The playful, polka-dot Shrimps' Rowan Blouse (£145) is already gaining popularity throughout the capital, becoming the one summer top that fashion enthusiasts are eager to find. So, I made it my mission to locate it for you.

      Featuring shirred detailing across the bodice, the blouse flares into a peplum shape, complete with full puff sleeves and an oversized sailor-style collar that adds a dramatic flair. Presented in a fresh cream shade, the blouse is adorned with emerald-green polka dots—a refreshing change from the prevalent black-and-white patterns currently flooding the new arrivals. This splash of color brings a vibrant touch without making the piece seem overwhelming or childish, striking a balance between fun and wearability.

      While this lovely top pairs beautifully with jeans, I've seen London's fashion crowd wearing it alongside cotton skirts and simple shorts, in addition to their favorite denim. Although demand for this top is high, it's thankfully available for pre-order, with shipping anticipated towards the end of May. One thing is certain: I doubt this design will remain in stock for long again.
