      Sergey Kozhakov's gastronomic concept is based on the intertwining of facets of Japanese, Chinese, and Balinese cuisines, and also includes author's variations from the chef.

      

      The menu has over 300 dishes, and the breakfast menu has about 30 items. Every day and every season you can try something special. For example, only in summer you can order strawberry gazpacho with cream sundae, in autumn – pumpkin soup with coconut foam on a pillow of hay or an imaginative dessert “Persimmon”, in spring — airy strawberry tart and juicy refreshing smoothies, in winter — rich borscht with veal cheeks with pampushka and homemade bacon. 

      BAMBOO.BAR is an experienced restaurant player. For 16 years, it has passed the test of time and has become a favorite place of its audience.
