"It's truly unlike any other vitamin C I've tried," she says about the serum. "It's incredibly lightweight and not greasy, which is hard to find. … It provides an instant glow." It gives you that effortless [appearance]."

      Despite having a collection of lip products in her bag, I was surprised to find that Steinfeld sticks to just one (yes, one!) lip product—and it’s neither a balm nor a gloss. "I really just prefer a liner," she clarifies. "My go-to is probably Iconic Nude by Charlotte Tilbury." Occasionally, she will apply a good lip balm but usually just "blends it out with a brush or [her] finger, and lets that be the lip."       Naturally, I couldn't resist asking Steinfeld about her famously fluffy, full brows. "It's funny. Since I was very young, I've always been told not to touch my brows. I've finally reached a point in my life where I'm like, 'It might be time to clean them up occasionally,'" she laughs. Still, she doesn’t do too much—usually filling in quickly with whatever eyeshadow palette she has handy—but she has a few quick fixes for touch-ups throughout the day. "I love Anastasia's Brow Freeze [Gel], and I always keep a spoolie in my bag to brush them up as needed," Steinfeld shares. "I can't do colorful mascara, but that's just me," she confesses. "I find it really fun and love seeing it on others, but I'm more inclined towards brown mascara. That feels much more natural for me."
