That has certainly been the case, and there's one particular skirt that everyone is eager to get (especially stylish French girls). This skirt is the With Jéan Penny Skirt, a low-rise, knee-length, '90s-style slip skirt. The brown variant with yellow polka dots, in particular, floods my Instagram feed—mainly seen on French women in their vacation snapshots and casual looks back home in Paris.
