Jennifer Lawrence discusses her latest Longines campaign and the significant gift she received on her wedding day.

      We have to wait approximately two more months for Jennifer Lawrence's upcoming film, Die, My Love, to hit theaters, but in the meantime, she has an incredibly stylish project to tide you over: a new Longines campaign showcasing the revamped PrimaLuna watch. "Longines is an exciting brand to collaborate with," Lawrence mentioned in a press release. "It has an amazing history, and everyone I’ve met has been wonderful. I find it hard to choose what I’m anticipating more: Lawrence's undoubtedly chic press tour or the film itself. "Die, My Love tells the story of a woman, Grace, who gradually unravels while facing the complexities of love, desire, motherhood, and madness," Lawrence shared. "My producing partner and I brought this project to life, and I’m eagerly looking forward to the world experiencing it." Over the past couple of years, I’ve built a collection and enjoy pairing their timeless pieces with my outfits—from a casual stroll to a film premiere on the Cannes red carpet.

      What do you like most about the new PrimaLuna?The design is stunning. I appreciate that it’s sleek, understated, and precise. You can truly sense the excellence of Swiss watchmaking in the automatic movement.

When my husband and I tied the knot, my brother-in-law gave me a watch that was passed down to him by his father, which was a meaningful gesture that shifted my viewpoint on watches, and since then, my appreciation for them has grown.

      What does a watch signify for you? Is it more of a functional item or a fashionable accessory?I think a watch provides a polished, professional appearance, while also being something truly beautiful. I love that it can be both functional and a piece of jewelry.

      Do you recall your first watch?When I was in elementary school, I had a digital watch. However, I consider the watch my brother-in-law gifted me before my wedding to be my first real watch.

      According to you, what is the best way to spend time?The best way to spend time is to appreciate whatever you’re doing. Cherishing the small, everyday pleasures in life.

      What was it like to wear Longines on the Cannes red carpet?This was my first Cannes Film Festival as an actress! There is so much attention to detail that goes into completing the red carpet look, and my watch was the ideal accessory to pull the entire look together.
