Space entertainment: new outdoor attractions will open this summer at "Dream Island"
"The Island of Dreams" continues preparations for the first phase of launching the outdoor section of the amusement park and presents two new attractions — "Mission 'Space'" and "Star Orbit." They will be available to guests as early as summer 2026.
The attractions combine rotation and movement at height, creating a dynamic scenario with accelerations, turns, and weightlessness effects. Visitors can expect sharp climbs, changes in direction, and positions in space.
The "Mission 'Space'" attraction is designed for 36 seats and will allow guests to experience the sensation of weightlessness. It is a large carousel with jumping elements, where everyone can feel as if they are on the surface of the Moon and rise to a height of up to 7 meters during the rotation.
The "Star Orbit" attraction is a giant pendulum that lifts to the height of a 10-story building while rotating 360 degrees. Guests will be able to feel the effect of a real "orbital" flight and experience free fall and weightlessness. At the same time, 30 people can ride the attraction.
The new attractions in the outdoor section of the amusement park will offer guests a new format of experiences — through a combination of speed, height, and the sensation of flight.
Both attractions are developed by leading international manufacturers of entertainment equipment. Such solutions are widely used in modern parks and are valued for their dynamics and variety of sensations within a single ride cycle.
"Preparations for the launch are being carried out in strict technological order. At the final stage, each attraction will undergo a series of test launches to check the operation of all systems, as well as staff training. After that, the facilities will be certified and put into operation," emphasizes Mikhail Kondratiev, General Director of JSC "REGIONS-Entertainment."
The first guests will be able to visit the "Mission 'Space'" and "Star Orbit" attractions this summer, after the first phase of launching new themed areas outdoors. In total, more than 20 attractions will appear on the territory, including the tallest and most extreme ones, five themed zones, a landscaped embankment with access to the water area, and other facilities. A ticket to the amusement park will be a single one.
