In recent weeks, my typically somewhat productive Sunday night ritual has taken a backseat to a delightful hour spent engrossed in season three of The White Lotus. Following two outstanding seasons, the series has become well-known for its vibrant, eye-catching resort wear crafted by costume designer Alex Bovaird, notably seen on Leslie Bibb’s character, Kate Bohr. However, an unexpected yet enjoyable surprise has been the cast's equally stylish off-camera looks during this season's press tour.
While Leslie Bibb’s renowned (once described as c*nty) bob has been dominating headlines, her recent outfits, characterized by structured tailoring and coordinated sets, draw inspiration from menswear but are presented in a fresh, feminine manner. It’s evident that Bibb’s stylists, Jeanann Williams and Ashley Afriyie, who count Naomi Watts among their impressive roster of clients, have utilized this opportunity to elevate the actress—who has appeared in major films since the ’90s—as a style icon.
What occupies my mind even more than anticipating this week’s White Lotus finale? (Just for the record, I predict Timothy Ratliff will meet his fate by way of a poisonous smoothie.) These five standout styles from Leslie Bibb.

Anyone who thinks a coordinated suit is dull clearly hasn’t seen this stunning Stella McCartney ensemble that Bibb wore on March 19. The cool gray perfectly complements the silver chain belt included in the McCartney skirt, which can also be easily replicated using separate skirt and chain belt pieces. The addition of a casual white tank underneath the blazer keeps the look from feeling too businesslike.

In a rare denim moment for Bibb, this outfit—worn on March 13 in New York City—exemplifies how to elevate the classic jeans look. Featuring a cropped J.W. Anderson jacket that hits just right at the waist of her straight jeans, this outfit offers a contemporary twist on a timeless style combination. The cream jacket and matching heels create a polished appearance, while her subtle gold jewelry ties the entire look together without any single piece overpowering the others.

For a night event in New York City on March 18, Bibb chose to break away from the expected dress, opting instead for a coordinating leopard-print ensemble paired with a black wrap coat. The pants’ pattern and texture help avoid looking overly coordinated, while the black heeled boots and red lipstick complete the look for an alluring, unexpected night-out vibe.

During a photo call in Sydney, Australia on March 31, Bibb combined a utilitarian leather Hermès outfit with a matching knit bralette and pointed pumps. With minimal adornment and a slightly tousled bob, this look has a bolder vibe compared to her recent appearances and is one that’s definitely ready for spring.

BRB—ordering a pinstripe pantsuit immediately. Bibb’s March 18 CNN appearance took this year’s pinstripe trend and somehow made it even more stylish. With a wool coat casually draped over her shoulders, oval Gucci sunglasses, and a glimpse of burgundy pumps, this look is something floral-loving Kate Bohr wouldn’t dare choose, but I’ll forever associate it with Bibb.
