WHO WHAT WEAR x FREE PEOPLE BANK HOLIDAY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Who What Wear x Free People Bank Holiday prize draw (“Promotion”) is organized and executed by Future Publishing Limited, trading as WHO WHAT WEAR, registered in England and Wales under company number 02008885, with its registered office located at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).
2. This Promotion is governed by the following terms and conditions. By participating, entrants are considered to have read and agreed to these terms. The Promoter reserves the right to deny entry or award a prize to anyone in violation of these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK, France, Denmark, and the Netherlands who are eighteen (18) years or older, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, and anyone else involved with the administration of this Promotion.
4. The Promotion commences on Saturday, May 3, 2025, and concludes at midnight on May 8, 2025 ("Promotion Period").
5. The Promotion consists of one (1) prize draw featuring a £500 gift voucher from Free People. A giveaway post will be shared by or on behalf of the Promoter via its social media platforms (each a “Platform” @whowhatwear.uk & @freepeopleeu) on May 3, 2025.
6. Entering the Prize Draw is free. Participants will be entered upon successfully completing the Promoter’s entry requirements during the specified Entry Period (refer to Schedule 1), as follows:
6.1. For entries via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk and @freepeopleeu accounts; (ii) like the post; and (iii) tag at least one friend who is eighteen (18) years or older in the comments. Each comment constitutes one entry, and participants can earn an additional entry by re-sharing the post on their Instagram story.
7. Entrants may submit unlimited entries on each Platform for the Prize Draw by completing requirement (iii) of section 6. Only entries made during the designated Entry Period will be accepted.
8. One prize winner (“Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected from valid entries using a computer process within three (3) days following the close of the Entry Period.
9. Prize Winners will be notified via direct message from the Promoter’s official @whowhatwear.uk account about their win within the timeframe specified in section 8.
10. Prize Winners must claim their Prize within thirty (30) days of being notified. Failure to claim the Prize within this period will result in loss of the Prize, and the Promoter may, but is not obligated to, re-award the Prize.
11. The Promoter retains the right to make the award of a Prize conditional on a Winner providing satisfactory proof of identity, age, and/or address to confirm eligibility.
12. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control necessitate such action.
14. The Promoter may defer, void, cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary. Any amendments to a Prize or these terms will be posted on https://www.whowhatwear.com/uk.
15. No entries from agents, third parties, organized groups, or computer-generated applications will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will be disqualified. Entries not submitted during the Promotion Period or otherwise not adhering to the entry guidelines and these terms will be rejected.
16. The Promoter must publish or provide information indicating that a valid prize was awarded. To meet this requirement, the Promoter will disclose the surname and county of the Prize Winner, and if applicable, copies of their winning entry, to anyone who contacts [ukassistant [email protected]] or writes to Future Publishing Limited at Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (including a self-addressed envelope) within one month following the Promotion Period. If you do not wish for your surname, county, and winning entry to be published, please reach out to the Promoter at [[email protected]]. Nonetheless, the Promoter still must provide this data to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
17. Personal data provided during the prize draw will only be processed per the Promoter's privacy policy. Refer also to section 16 regarding the announcement of Prize Winners.
18. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter, its agents, and/or distributors are not liable to compensate a Prize Winner or accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death resulting from the use of a Prize, except when caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, distributors,
