      What’s your favorite restaurant in the world, and what would you order there?

      Chez Panisse in California, which has significantly influenced sustainable food practices over the last fifty years.

      What dish do you prepare to impress others?

      I enjoy making homemade pizza because I love working with dough, and it tends to impress people.

      What’s your go-to dish for an impromptu dinner?

      Probably tomato pasta—it's straightforward, but I think you can really enhance the flavors by cooking it slowly and with care, making it impressive.

      What’s your favorite takeaway?

      Ramen, without a doubt. I love Kanada-Ya.

      What three things do you always keep in your fridge/freezer/pantry?

      Fridge: Parmesan; Freezer: Peas; Pantry: A jar of beans.

      If you were stranded on a desert island, what would your menu be?

      It changes often, but currently, I would choose pasta alla Norma to start, which is a Sicilian dish made with tomato and eggplant. For the main course, steak, fries, and salad, followed by chocolate mousse or a good tiramisu for dessert.

      Is there an item in your home that holds great sentimental value?

      Absolutely! I’m very sentimental. I’ve kept all the menus from every supper club I’ve hosted, which is lovely to reflect on, reminding me of my growth since the beginning.

      What would we find at the bottom of your handbag?

      Lip balm and hand cream, without fail.

      Who are the people that uplift you?

      I’m fortunate to have wonderful friends, family, and a husband who all contribute positively to my life in various ways.

      If you could vacation in one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?

      The French countryside!

      Great question! I think they might reference my fondness for pastel colors, dungarees, and a slicked-back bun.

      The first piece of art I purchased for myself was a photo of a horse from my friend's amazing website, Wondering People.

      Is there a meaningful piece of jewelry you own?

      My engagement ring, not just because it’s beautiful, but because my husband thoughtfully chose and crafted it.

      What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

      I love to read daily, walk my dog in the morning, and practice yoga when I can.

      Eat Tokyo is perfect for a laid-back date night, and it’s a place we frequently return to.

      I try to collect tourist t-shirts from each place I visit, so I wouldn’t part with those because of their sentimental value.
